Our Story
Melissa Denmark mixes up magic in her tiny cottage kitchen at Moonrose Farm. She's inspired by the seasonal ingredients of New England and nostalgic flavors of her childhood. With an impressive resume including running the pastry department for a fine dining restaurant and bakery in Providence for over a decade and receiving nominations and awards from the Zagat Guide, Star Chefs, and Food + Wine. Melissa uses her diverse skillset to bake a weekly seasonal menu available at Moonrose Farm Stand. Her baked goods sell out quickly every week!
